A Bachelor's or a Master's degree in any discipline
Regular 2-year BA/B.Sc/B.Com degree does not accomplish the fifteen-year schooling condition.
2nd division/class with forty percent (45%) or above marks in all public exams in valid cases
Or a CGPA of 2.50 on a four point scale in applicable cases
