If anybody wants to make a career in Islami bank he or she must need to acquire some extraordinary knowledge. Yes, I am indicating to the Islamic knowledge. This is the difference of this bank among other banks of Bangldesh. The traditional academic system of Bangladesh does not support directly to gain that knowledge. - Every valid candidate will to appear at the Written Test on Islamic and general Knowledge. Only the valid candidates will be called for the exam.
